Hi, I'm Amber- baker, sourdough enthusiast and single mom. Baking has been a passion of mine for many years, starting as a passion in my home kitchen and growing into something I'm excited to now share with my community. 

What began as a love for slowing down and creating food from scratch has turned into this bakery, where sourdough is at the heart of everything I make. I specialize in handcrafted sourdough breads and baked goods, focusing on flavor, texture and quality you can truly taste.

Every recipe is made using high-quality ingredients and traditional methods, because I believe great food starts with great ingredients and patience. No shortcuts, just thoughtfully made products I'm proud to put my name on.

When I'm not baking, you'll likely find me enjoying the outdoors, soaking up the sun, or cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. This bakery is more than a business to me-it's a way to provide for my family, do what I love and bring comforting, nourishing food to others.
